Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring bilateral tonsillectomy in adults (19-64 years old) depending on indications Indications for tonsillectomy 1. Chronic tonsillitis 2. Tonsilolith 3. Sleep apnea, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Children and pregnant women 2. When it is difficult to apply'same method/different electricity intensity' to both sides due to abnormal hypertrophy of one side 3. When it is difficult to apply'same method/different electric power' to both sides due to abscess of one tonsil and high inflammation 4. Patients who require surgical treatment for difficult to secure an appropriate surgical plane due to tonsil cancer, etc. Drop-out criteria: During application of lower electrical power or high electrical power, 1. excessive bleeding, 2. Damage to the tonsil capsule, 3. Unexpected tonsil abscess When a light is found, the existing electrical power is applied.
