Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with adenocarcinoma and who are scheduled to undergo gastrectomy ? Patients with stage I~III clinical stage prior to surgery by the 7th AJCC gastric cancer staging system ? Patients aged 20 to 85 years old ? Patients whose ECOG performance status (Eastern Cooperative oncology Group performance status) is 0~1 ? Patients who voluntarily decide to participate in this study and consent in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with a history of upper abdominal surgery excluding laparoscopic cholecystectomy ? Patients scheduled for joint resection of other abdominal organs due to infiltration of other organ diseases or gastric cancer (except for cholecystectomy due to benign diseases) ? Patients who received chemotherapy and radiation therapy within the last 6 months ? Patients undergoing emergency surgery due to complications from gastric cancer before surgery, such as bleeding, perforation, and gastric outlet obstruction. ? Vulnerable research subjects (patients with lack of doctor ability, pregnant women, or patients planning pregnancy)
