Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Common matters 1) Adult men and women aged 20 to under 60 2) dominant hand: right hand 3) Those who do not have regular exercise and sports activities -Patients with chronic neck and shoulder pain 1) Those who have experienced non-specific pain in the neck and shoulder area for at least 3 months over the past year, and complain of pain one week before and now 2) When the Neck Index Disability (NDI), upper limb musculoskeletal dysfunction evaluation tool (Korean version Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand, DASH) was conducted, the NDI score is more than 8 out of 50 and the DASH score Is more than 10.1 out of 100 -Healthy adults 1) Those who do not complain of neck and shoulder pain 2) When the Neck Index Disability (NDI), upper limb musculoskeletal dysfunction evaluation tool (Korean version Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand, DASH) was conducted, the NDI score is less than 8 out of 50 points and the DASH score Is less than 10.1 out of 100

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have had traumatic injuries or surgical operations in the neck and shoulder areas 2) Those with other diseases affecting the spine and upper limbs 3) Persons with chronic musculoskeletal disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and other connective tissue disorders 4) Those with neurological, orthopedic and sensory disorders
