Procedure/Surgery : It is intended for patients who visit the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at Seoul St. Mary&#39
s Hospital with the address of cervical spinal pain. If cervical disc/stenosis was confirmed by cervical spine MRI and consent to participate in the study in patients complaining of cervical spinal pa

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Upper extremity radiculopathy of NRS more than 4 Cervical HNP/Cervical stenosis confirmed on Cervical MRI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Shoulder, Hand disease Infection, malignancy Cervical spine operation history CRPS History of nerve block within the last 2 weeks Unstable psychiatric illness Pregnant, lactating
