Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged between 20 and 70 years of age 2) Patients who agree to research and have obtained consent form for research 3) Patients who will undergo conventional open thyroidectomy with incision due to thyroid disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are deemed unfit by the person in charge of clinical testing. 2) Taking aspirin and anti-platelet drugs within 7 days of hospitalization 3) Patients scheduled to undergo lateral neck lymph node dissection 4) Patients who have been irradiated in the past and are deemed to have already formed adhesion 5) Past history of neck surgery 6) Patients with liver diseases such as liver cirrhosis or liver cancer
