Interventions

Medical Device, Procedure/Surgery : - At the same time as the curative surgery for the great saphenous vein, sclerotic injection is performed on the great saphenous vein below both knees. (The concent
for veins with a diameter of 3 mm or more, and 0.5&#37
for less than that.) - As a randomization method, a random number generator is used to place only the stocking (S limb group) on one side and apply additional pressure along the veins of the stocking
(The strongest pull is assumed to be 100&#37
.) force when applying compressions to the patient. The compression rate at this time is assumed to be 10mmHg. Also, because of individual differences in pressure, only Hwang Eun-jung co-researcher e

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients with varicose veins and lesions confirmed by ultrasound. -Patients 18 years of age or older who are undergoing vascular sclerotherapy and can make voluntary and independent decisions. -Patients with clinical stage C class 0~1. -Patients who agreed to voluntarily participate in the research purpose among patients undergoing both leg surgery at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with C2 or higher: Excluded as variations in the effect of sclerotherapy may vary depending on the characteristics of varix. -Patients with peripheral arterial obstruction: In some cases, wearing stockings could worsen arterial obstruction and was excluded. -Patients with recurrence: There may be differences in treatment results depending on the recurrence pattern, so there is a difference in the consistency to accurately execute the research objectives. -If phlebotomy should be performed below the knee, it was excluded as it may have an additional effect on the pain caused by sclerotic injection. -Patients unable to follow up.
