Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for thyroid surgery in Seoul St. Mary's hospital 2. Adults (age more than 19 years old and less than 70 years old) 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of thyroid cancer or other neck surgeries 2) presence of hematoma of the neck 3) ASA physical class III or IV 4) Disagreement to participate in this study
