Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Adult women over 20 years old -American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III -Patients undergoing immediate implant-based reconstructive breast surgery after skin-sparing mastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Allergic to ropivacaine -Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia: coagulopathy, infection of the skin puncture site -Patients with chronic pain at the surgical site -Patients unable to express pain with NRS score -Pregnancy -Patients unable to make voluntary decisions -Patients who refuse IV PCA or regional anesthesia -History of treatment for a psychiatric disorder
