Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The criteria for participation in this study are as follows. 1) Normal blood pressure between 20 and 64 years of age (SBP <130 and DBP ??80 mmHg) participants (only in the study comparing the effects of isometric motion during the first year's study with the effects of other motor interventions) 2) Subjects who are subject to pre-hypertension or high blood pressure (SBP =130 or DBP =80 mmHg) but not severe hypertension (SBP =180 mmHg or DBP = 110) and who have been prescribed hypertension drugs for at least four months after diagnosis of high blood pressure (verification of strength and energy consumption for all studies in the first and second years, verification of long-term interventions, 3) A person who can participate in isometric exercise without difficulty 4) Persons who have not participated in other physical activity programs for at least the past three months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The criteria for exclusion of participants in this study are as follows: 1) Serious hypertension (SBP =180 mmHg or DBP = 110) 2) A person who exhibits pathological changes in the heart during an electrocardiogram test (e.g. heart failure, arrhythmia, etc.) 3) Long-term damage or metabolic changes such as cancer and diabetes 4) A person who is unable to participate in the recommended exercise due to problems in bones, muscles, joints, etc.
