Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - being aged 19 or over - diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease - able to read and write in Korean - able to use mobile application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - progressive cancer - HBsAg(+) or HCV antibody(+) - secondary non-alcoholic fatty liver due to a drug, etc. - alcoholic fatty liver or liver cirrhosis - pregnancy or within one year of giving birth - limited self-management due to physical and mental difficulties
