Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent cervical X-ray examination (including lateral imaging) and magnetic resonance imaging at our outpatient clinic between January and December 2019

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. post-operative and extensive traumatic cases 2. Patients with age over 70 3. If there is a serious distortion of the alignment of the cervical spine due to an abnormality in the area 4. When accurate evaluation of alignment is difficult due to image quality or posture 5. prolonged interval (>3 months) between the two examinations (radiography and MRI)
