Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The selection criteria were female students who reported irregular menstruation and less than 10 times of menstruation in a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were female students taking oral contraceptive pills (estrogen, progestin) or other drugs associated with menstrual disorder, or those under pertinent care.
