Interventions

Drug : Basic monitoring (NIBP, HR, pulse oximetry, bispectral index) after the patient entering the operating theater. After induction of anesthesia with propofol 3-6 ?g/ml, remifentanil 2-6 ng/ml, a
s spontaneous breathing returned, extubation was performed and the patient was transferred to therecovery room. Blood is collected 30 minutes afterstaying in the recovery room (T2).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing VATS lobectomy with lung cancer stage 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients who have not signed consent form • Patients who have heart disease such as myocardial infarction or coronary artery disease other than diabetes, hypertension • Patients with pulmonary disease such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) • Patients with liver disease or with AST/ALT that is more than twice the normal value • Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to inhaled anesthetics or propofol
