Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who need aortic arch surgery and perform the surgery (2) 19 years of age or older and under 81 years old (3) Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) If the patients does not agree to participate in the study (2) When the language barrier does not secure consent based on sufficient explanation (3) If the patients have a serious cerebrovascular disease before surgery (4) Other patients who are inappropriate determined by the researcher
