Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with pain in one or both necks in the back of the neck Adult women People who have had neck pain continuously for 3 months or more will be selected,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with neurological symptoms related to the cervical spine Those who have previously had surgery or procedures on the neck and spine People who are currently undergoing surgical injection to relieve pain People with heart disease, pregnancy, infection, etc.
