Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Data from the South Korean National Health Insurance Service-Senior Cohort. Among adults aged = 60 years in 2002, we identified those with general anesthesia operation codes (L1211 and L1212)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or stroke
