Inclusion criteria: the subjects who have voluntarily agreed to this clinical trial after having been sufficiently explained in advance, adults with ASA classification1 to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: When it is difficult to take a lateral position due to a fracture of the femur or pelvis Those with a history of spinal surgery Those who have congenital spinal deformities Those prone to bleeding Those with an infection in the lumbar region Other contraindications to spinal anesthesia Subjects who are vulnerable by the definition of the Research Ethics Review Committee of the medical institution where the clinical trial is conducted

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The difference in the length of the posterior ligament shadows of the 3rd to 4th lumbar spine in the general supine position and supine position with knee-chest position

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The posterior ligament of lumbar vertebrae 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 5 lumbar spine 5 to sacral spine 1 with an assistant compressing the lower abdomen in the general supine position, knee chest position and knee chest position. Difference in shade length
