Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with type 2 diabetes using insulin or insulin + oral hypoglycemic agents - Men and women aged 19 to 75 years old - >= 7.5% HbA1c at baseline - A person who can measure his or her own blood glucose. - A person who agrees to participate in this clinical trial and agrees in writing consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Type 1 diabetes. - Patients with severe renal insufficiency: eGFR < 30 ml/min - Those who have been diagnosed with a previous coronary artery disease, cardiovascular surgery or stroke - Person diagnosed with previous heart failure - Person who has been diagnosed with a malignancy within the last five years and whose treatment has not been completed. - Recipients of organ transplantation or long-term immunosuppressants - Steroid user - Pregnant or breastfeeding women - A person who is deemed unfit to participate in a clinical trial by investigator
