Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among patients diagnosed as metastatic spinal tumor or primary bone tumor and with epidural cord compression, those who are planning to have screw fixation with upper and lower single segments including spinal lesions, 80 years> age> 20 years, follow-up for more than 1 year is possible. Expected patients, patients who agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not metastatic spinal bone tumors or primary bone tumors, patients without epidural cord compression, patients who do not plan for single-segment screw fixation
