Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged = 60 years and who were diagnosed with acute facial palsy at the present hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participants who did not agree for the regular follow-ups and whose systemic health was so poor that the grade of facial palsy could not be accurately assessed were excluded.
