Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [Breast cancer] 1) Patients undergoing surgery for breast cancer 2) Women aged 20-60 3) Stage 0-3 breast cancer 4) In case of undergoing curative resection 5) ECOG performance status 0 6) Those who agreed to participate in the research [Colorectal cancer] 1) 20-70 years old adults 2) Adenocarcinoma of the colon or rectum confirmed histologically 3) In case of undergoing curative resection 4) If there is no distant metastasis 5) Those who signed the consent form [Lung cancer] 1) 20 to less than 80 years of age 2) Histologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer before or after surgery 3) If the clinical stage (8th TNM clinica+D95l stage) is stage 0, stage I or stage II in preoperative examination 4) In the case of curative operation, which include wedge resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy, or bi-lobectomy 5) When consenting to the study and signing the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [Breast cancer] 1) breast cancer metastasis or recurrence 2) Those with a history of serious diseases such as cardiovascular disease 3) Those who do not have a smartphone or have insufficient ability to use [Colorectal cancer] 1) If there is a distant metastatic lesion 2) In case of focal resection 3) In case of receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiation treatment before surgery 4) In case of permanent ostomy 5) pregnant or lactating women 6) In case of colon or rectal cancer accompanied by inflammatory bowel disease 7) Malignant tumors of other organs within the last 5 years (Treated non-melanoma skin cancer and treated localized cervical CIS are possible) 8) A clear physical disability that prevents performing exercises [Lung cancer] 1) In case of receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiation treatment lung cancer before surgery 2) In case of surgery for diagnostic purposes 3) In case of pneumonectomy is performed, even if the surgery is for therapeutic purposes. 4) When distant metastasis lesions were found during surgery (M1) 5) Pregnant or lactating women 6) If other malignancies are currently being treated or require treatment 7) In case of no smartphone or insufficient ability to use 8) If there is a physical disability that prevents from performing exercises
