Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I to III 2) Eldery patients aged 65 years or older 3) Patients undergoing scheduled for urologic surgery under spinal anesthesia 4) Patients who have consented voluntarily in writing this clinical study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who were taking any psychiatric medications or who had a history of mental illness 2) Patients who have hearing loss and a hearing aid 3) Contraindication of spinal anesthesia 4) Severe cardiopulmonary diseases and respiratory diseases 5) Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetic mellitus 6) Patients who take a benzodiazepine as a premedication before induction
