Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults males between 19 and 30 years old. - Seniors 65 years or older. - Those with no abnormalities in the musculoskeletal or nervous system. - Those with no problems in cognitive function. - Those who can sit-to-stand and climb stairs by themselves without assistive devices and any supports.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those with a history of musculoskeletal or nervous system within 1 year from the time of participation in the experiment. - Those with abnormal cognitive function. - Those who can not sense vibration stimulation. - A person who uses assistive devices to perform a sit-to-stand and staircase climibing movement.
