Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age: From 19 to 75 - Cerebral arteriovenous malformation confirmed by radiologic imaging - Anticipated Gammaknife radiosurgery - When the patient himself or herself consents to this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - already treated - In case of using other treatment methods besides Gammaknife radiosurgery - contraindication of iodine contrast agents - Estimated GFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2 - Patients who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, patients who are lactating - Patients with claustrophobia - Patients with metal implants in the head and neck area - Patients with contraindications to the use of MRI contrast media - Contraindications of MRI including pacemaker, cochlear implant, etc. - judged that it is difficult to follow up after treatment

Changes in blood flow rates in the feeding arteries and draining veins between pre- and post-Gammaknife

MeasureTime frame
The blood flow in the opposing artery which corresponds to the feeding artery and their rate
