Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18~75 years old adult

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe liver disease, severe kidney disease, decreased cardiopulmonary funtion, NSAIDs, antiplatelet agents, anticoagulants, steroids, antibiotics, PPI within 4weeks, history of gastric cancer, operation of stomach, Helicobacter pylori and eradication, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, anemia, hematologic disease with bleeding diathesis
