Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Among those who visited the medical center of Severance Hospital in Yongin for colonoscopy, explanations of the characteristics of this clinical test were made after voluntarily agreeing to participate in this test and signing a consent form approved by the IRB. 2. Adults over 20 years old when obtaining consent forms 3. Patients approved by their attending physician 4. Those who can speak or read Korean

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vision, hearing and speech impairments that may affect the examination 2. Doctors, nurses and staff at the medical center 3. Other persons deemed to be unable to participate in this study as determined by the Director of Clinical Research 4. Patients who take antibiotics
