Procedure/Surgery : After anesthesia induction, the procedure of the
nerve block group is performed after the supine position with the neck extended
for surgery and performed by an anesthesiologist

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are scheduled to undergo endoscopic thyroidectomy over the age of 19 Patients who fall under ASA class I-II Patients who have voluntarily consented in writing to participate in this clinical study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have had an allergic reaction to local anesthetics Patients with clotting disorders Patients with a history of surgery on the neck, chest or shoulder Patients who have recently used other pain medications, such as opioids Patients with severe lung disease or diaphragmatic movement disorder
