Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? A person over 60 years of age. ? A person who can walk 10 meters independently without walking assistance. ? A person whose Korean Version of Mini Mental Status Examination score is 23-27.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? A person who lacks Korean skills and has limited communication. ? A person with Parkinsonism or motor-impaired neurological disorders (eg, stroke). ? A person whose musculoskeletal disorders in the lower extremities (eg, severe osteoarthritis or a history of knee/hip joint replacement surgery) can affect the performance of walking during a clinical examination. ? A person who has taken neuroleptics or benzodiazepines and major depression drugs. ? A person whose Beck depression index is 19 or more points. ? A person who has visited the forest at least once a week.
