Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adult patients over 18 years of age ? Among the partial edentulous patients who need implant placement, patients who are expected to have a horizontal bone defect of the buccal alveolar bone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? area where 3 or more implant are placed ?uncontrolled periodontal disease ?uncontrolled metabolic disease such as diabetes ?Severe smokers (more than 20 per day), patients who smoke pipes or cigars ?history of oral maxillofacial radiation therapy and chemotherapy ?being pregnant or lactating ?taking bisphosphonate medication within 4 months ?Patients with poor oral hygiene (Full-mouth plaque score of 25% or more)
