Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men in their 20s to 30s who have a hobby of sports including countermovement jump such as basketball and volleyball

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, musculoskeletal, or other chronic disease; a history of surgery in both lower extremity; and any symptom that could have affected the musculoskeletal system in the past 6 months.
