Interventions

Others(therapeutic exercise in marine region) : Both the intervention group and the control group performed a spinal stabilization exercise for musculoskeletal pain, which mainly occurs in caregivers.
(2) Multi-directional isometric exercise (cervical flexion, extension, rotation, side bending) in a sitting position
(3) Upper extremity movement exercise
(4) Resistive exercise with Thera-band
(5) dead bug exercise
(6) bird dog exercise
(7) plank exercise
(8) bridge exercise.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged >19 and <65, family caregiver who care for severely disabled patients (eg, spinal cord injury, stroke, etc.) 2) A caregiver whose subjective care stress is confirmed through an interview with a clinician or psychological expert 3) Non-specific back pain and neck pain that do not show the cause on imaging tests such as X-ray or MRI, and are caused by fascia syndrome, muscle spasms, and mechanical back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with neurological, psychiatric, visual, auditory, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal disorders that are difficult to perform simple relaxation exercises 2) Those with specific low back pain caused by causes such as nerve root pain, infection, spinal cord injury, trauma, cauda equina injury, and structural deformation 3) Those who complain of shoulder pain due to an accident within 4 weeks before the experiment 4) Those who complain of pain due to acute inflammation 5) Those who develop pain through the extension of the neck 6) Those who have experienced upper limb fracture, dislocation or surgery within 6 months
