Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 90 years old who will receive an ultrasound guided procedure in an outpatient pain clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refuse Infection (Fever of 38 degrees or more, WBC increase of 10000 or more, redness of the needle site, swelling) Coagulopathies (Platelet less than 100,000, PT/aPTT increased by 12.7/36 or more, INR increased by 1.12 or more)
