Medical Device : It is conducted on a full one-month schedule, and the selected subjects are randomly assigned to the experimental group or control group and receive stimulation for 4 consecutive days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Elderly people who complain of dysphagia due to aging over 65 years of age (those who have difficulty swallowing due to decreased pharyngeal motor skills on videofluoroscopy) B. Right handedness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Those with a clear cause of dysphagia (stroke, brain damage, peripheral nerve disease, muscle disease, otolaryngology disease, etc.) B. Those who take drugs that may affect the effect of tDCS (excluded certain drugs-carbamazepine, phenytoin, valproic acid) C. If the skin at the irritation site is damaged D. Those with implants that can be affected by electrical stimulation, such as cardiac pacemakers, intracerebral vascular clips, etc. E. Those with convulsions or past history
