Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - A person who understands the purpose of the research and agrees to participate in it. - A person whose joint range is normal (only for healthy adults) - a person who has no visual or auditory damage. - Those with a MMSE-K score of 24 or higher (only for the elderly)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Anyone with experience in fracturing body joints or undergoing orthopedic surgery - 24 hours before the experiment, the person who took the drug that would affect the experiment.
