Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criterion for inclusion is hamstring tightness, defined by an active knee extension test >20°.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants are excluded if they had history of injury or disease of the trunk, hip, or knee joint in the 6 months.
