Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in their 50s or older who have hyperkyphosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have no history of surgery within 3 months (2) Those who have no orthopedic problems including recent cervical fractures (3) Those who have no history of cardiopulmonary disease (4) Those who are not accompanied by neurological damage, such as radiated upper limb pain and hypoesthesia. (5) Those who have no experience in exercise therapy due to hyperkyphosis
