Inclusion criteria: - Inpatient of 18 years and more old - Inpateint with more than 24 hours of length of stay

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who stayed at emergency department - Patients who admitted to pediatrics, obsterics, and psychology medical departments
