Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Patients aged 20 to 65 years undergoing trans-oral robotic thyroidectomy or conventional open thyroidectomy under general anesthesia. b. Grade I or II of American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status classification system
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Patients who disagree with this study. b. Patients with hypertension or diabetes c. Patients with a history of surgery, such as corneal surgery, glaucoma, cataracts, and intraocular lens insertion for vision correction d. Patients with a history of increased intracranial pressure or central nervous system diseases such as a brain tumor
