Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for laparoscopic gynecological surgery between 19 and 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are diagnosed with heart failure or coronary artery disease and take medications, aneurysms, arteriosclerosis, hypertension where blood pressure is not regulated below the normal range (140/90mmHg) even when taking medication, diabetes where blood sugar is not controlled below 200 even when taking medication , Active lung disease, brain tumor, cerebrovascular abnormality (cerebral aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation), intracranial hemorrhage, infectious eye disease, glaucoma, BMI<25kg/m2 when undergoing ophthalmic surgery
