Procedure/Surgery : All consecutive patients who had a traumatic “blowout” fracture and underwent an orbital wall reconstruction using 3D-printed customized orbital implant templates made by polycapro

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - patients with unilateral orbital wall fracture (medial and/or inferior) - who diagnosed by orbital CT - who came the clinic within 1 month after fracture (trauma) - no history of previous orbital trauma or any surgery in the orbit - over age of 18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - history of any orbital disease in the medical record - history of any facial surgery which could affect whose orbits - history of any facial fracture
