Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First, those who were diagnosed with neck pain. Second, those who can communicate. Third, it will be selected as a subject who has not had previous cervical deep muscle strengthening exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: First, those who were medically diagnosed as having a deformity in their neck. Second, subjects with systemic neurologic disorder. Third, those with experience in surgery on the cervical spine. Fourth, subjects with disabilities in the musculoskeletal and soft tissues will be excluded.
