Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. During the period, cardiovascular surgery under mediansternotomy Thoracic aorta and heart surgery 2. Patients undergoing abdominal aortic surgery under laparotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with wounds in other areas other than wounds caused by thoracic surgery 2. Patients with aortic and heart disease due to traumatic injury such as a traffic accident 3. Patients who have undergone minimal invasive or endovascular treatment 4. Clean-contaminated or Contaminated surgery, not clean surgery (Contamination events by medical personnel during surgery are also excluded.) 5. Patients undergoing endocarditis or transplant surgery. 6. Minor or pregnant women 7. Patients who disagree with the study
