Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? An external fixation or half hip replacement will be performed for a femur fracture. ? Patients 65 years or older ? If the patient or guardian consents to this study ? ASA classification ? or less

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients with degenerative brain disease ? Patients with a history of intracranial disease ? Patients with ASA classification ? or higher ? Patients with hearing impairments who are unable to communicate with researchers ? Patients who do not understand or speak Korean
