Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient receiving elective video-assisted thoracoscopic lung resection 2. Aged 20-75 3. Patient receiving general anesthesia 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I - III 5. Consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not consent to participate 2. Emergent surgery 3. Preoperative pain medication due to chronic pain 4. History of neuropsychologic disorder 5. Inability to communicate 6. Contraindication to ketamine 7. Contraindication to remifentanil 8. Known allergy to ketamine
