Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who have experienced low back pain within at least 6 weeks 2) Those with 3 or more lumbar pain levels (NRS) 3) 3 or more positive out of 5 items 4) Those who can maintain one foot standing position for more than 30 seconds
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) back pain due to fracture 2) Those who have difficulty performing motion due to pain 3) Those whose participation rate is less than 80%
