Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who have experienced low back pain within at least 6 weeks 2) Those with 3 or more lumbar pain levels (NRS) 3) 3 or more positive out of 5 items 4) Those who can maintain one foot standing position for more than 30 seconds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) back pain due to fracture 2) Those who have difficulty performing motion due to pain 3) Those whose participation rate is less than 80%

MeasureTime frame
Respiratory muscle strength-The subject blocked the nose in a standing position, bite the mouthpiece equipped with a Micro RPM in the mouth, and measured the maximum inspiratory pressure and maximum aerobic pressure.

Pain level test-Explain to the subject that 0 means `` no pain, '' 5 means `` moderate pain, '' 10 means `` unimaginable pain, '' and measure the pain level at the time of measurement as a questionnaire.;Low back pain dysfunction test-The Korean version of Oswestry Disability Assessment (K-ODI) was used to evaluate the degree of motor dysfunction.;Psychosocial test-To find out the psychosocial level, a self-filled questionnaire, a fear-avoidance test, was used.;Balance Capacity-To measure static balance capacity, path length, velocity, and area were calculated using Will balance board (WBB) (Nintendo, Kyoto, Japan).
