Behavioral : 1. Stretching of the calf (control) -Stretching the calf muscle -Repeat 6 times for 3 weeks, 30 seconds for 6 weeks, and provide 10 seconds of rest during exercise 2. Calf muscle stretch

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Passive ankle joint dorsiflexion less than 10° in knee joint -Passive ankle joint dorsiflexion exceeding 10° in knee flexion -difference of ankle passive dorsiflexion between knee joint flexion and extension over 5°

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Subjects who have experience of surgery in the lower limb -Subjects with neurological diseases -Subjects with hip and knee joint contracture -Subjets with skin diseases
