Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with informed consent 2. Patients scheduled for transesophageal echocardiography probe insertion after general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sore throat 2. Patients with oral and pharyngeal inflammation 3. Patients with esophageal injury 4. Patients with anatomical disorder 5. Patients with esophageal surgery history 6. Patients with predicted difficult airway
