Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patietns over twenty years of age • Patients requiring coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention • Patients with a palpable distal radial artery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction 2. Hypotension (systolic pressure below 90 mmHg) 3. marked bradycardia (below 50beats/min) 4. 2nd or 3rd degree atriovenous block 5. severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction (EF under 30%) 6. acute pulmonary edema 7. pregnant 8. Pateitns who have taken oral vasodilators within a week
