Interventions

Others(High-fat and low-carbohydrate diet) : All participants were instructed to follow a mixed diet for 3 days, then a ketogenic diet for 3 days. The participants were educated on dietary composition
fat, 25 &#37
protein, and 60 &#37
carbohydrate, while for the ketogenic diet they were 75 &#37
fat, 20 &#37
protein, and 5 &#37
carbohydrates, respectively.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adults aged over 18 and under 45. ? Participants with Body Mass Index (BMI) over 18 kg/m2. ? Participants who can take part in VO2max test. ? Participants who understood the total three testing procedures and sign an inform consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Participants who is taking medication for hypertension, cerebral blood vessel disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes or diabetes. ? Female participants who are in pregnant or nursing. ? Participants who suffer from chest pain during exercise. ? Participants who have difficulty in walking or running continuously for 20 minutes due to musculoskeletal disorder. ? Participants who take inadequate medications to take part in clinical research due to present disease or past medical history.
