Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The enrolled patients had been diagnosed with PAH using trans-thoracic echocardiogram (TTE) and right-sided heart catheterisation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients with any uncorrected congenital heart disease included patent foramen ovale. The patients who were in a decompensated state requiring advanced or intravenous medical therapy, patients who were not able to walk without oxygen support, and patients with other physical problems which interfered with exercise were excluded.
